Did you know that Community Home Support - Lanark County (CHSLC) is a registered charitable organization?  For more than 25 years, CHSLC has helped individuals faced with health challenges in our community.  With the help of many dedicated volunteers, we can support those in need in our community.

 

You can help raise funds for CHSLC by donating to the Bayshore Foundation. 

Bayshore will match each donation with an additional 50%.

If you donate $10 through the Foundation, CHSLC will receive $15.  If you donate $20, CHSLC gets $30, and so on.

 

You can do it here on our website (just click the donate button today).  If you wish to donate by cheque, please make the cheque out to "The Bayshore Foundation" for Community Home Support - Lanark County to receive the 50% matching donation.  You can mail the cheque to our head office in Perth.
